Training – Writing Powerful Tenders – How to Write a Successful Bid

This one-day programme is aimed at introducing a sustainable and continually improving tender-writing capability within each organisation or with individuals. The aim of the training programme is to “provide participants with the knowledge on how to develop persuasive written tenders and proposals and to promote a strong and sustainable bid-writing capability.”

The Winning Tenders Academy was developed by our lead consultant, Ian McKay, and launched in 2013. The Winning Tenders Academy provides website access to actual completed tenders, model tender responses, templates, guidance and other information. A key benefit is in offering customers access to successful tender(s) as part of a ‘pay per download’ approach.

This ‘product’ also includes extensive commentary as to why the tender was successful and powerful guidance, steps and tips that can help the user apply the learning to their own tenders. Indeed the completed tenders/model answers can be used as a template for future tender development.
